These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of RedLineCAD, operated by Nexus Emergency Systems. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using RedLineCAD ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
These terms apply to all users, including community owners, administrators, dispatchers, law enforcement roleplay members, fire/EMS roleplay members, civilians, staff members, and any other person accessing RedLineCAD.
RedLineCAD is a roleplay CAD platform built for emergency services roleplay communities. The platform includes tools for call creation, unit management, civilian records, reports, dispatch workflows, administrative access, community configuration, AI-powered features, FiveM integration, and related roleplay features.
RedLineCAD is operated under Nexus Emergency Systems. References to "RedLineCAD," "we," "our," or "us" refer to RedLineCAD and Nexus Emergency Systems where applicable.
RedLineCAD is provided free of charge. We do not charge subscription fees, per-feature fees, or any other monetary compensation for use of the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating or managing an account.
Communities using RedLineCAD are responsible for the data they create, submit, upload, or manage inside the platform. RedLineCAD does not claim ownership over community-created roleplay data. However, by using the platform, you grant RedLineCAD permission to store, process, display, and transmit that data as necessary to operate the service.
You agree to use RedLineCAD in a lawful, respectful, and platform-appropriate manner. You may not use RedLineCAD to:
RedLineCAD is not affiliated with any real-world emergency services agency, law enforcement agency, fire department, emergency medical service, dispatch center, government agency, or public safety authority unless specifically stated in writing.
Any police, fire, EMS, dispatch, civilian, court, corrections, air support, or investigative features are intended for fictional roleplay and simulation use only.
Community owners and authorized administrators may control user access, roles, departments, permissions, records, and community settings within their RedLineCAD environment. RedLineCAD may intervene, restrict, suspend, or remove access when necessary to protect the platform, enforce these terms, respond to abuse, or comply with applicable requirements.
RedLineCAD is currently provided entirely free of charge. All features are available at no cost. We do not offer paid tiers, premium subscriptions, or feature-locked plans. This may be subject to change with advance notice to users.
RedLineCAD may be updated, modified, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We aim to provide a reliable platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability, or error-free operation. Features may be added, removed, renamed, redesigned, or limited as the platform evolves.
RedLineCAD may retain account, community, operational, or technical data for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations. Community owners may request deletion or export of certain community data where supported.
RedLineCAD, Nexus Emergency Systems, the platform design, branding, logos, software structure, interface, feature names, documentation, and related materials are owned by Nexus Emergency Systems or its authorized licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, lease, sublicense, or create competing products based on RedLineCAD without written permission.
You are responsible for any information, records, names, reports, images, descriptions, messages, or other content you submit to RedLineCAD. You agree not to submit content that violates the rights of others, breaks the law, disrupts the platform, or violates these Terms of Service.
RedLineCAD may integrate with or reference third-party services such as Discord, GitHub, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, authentication providers, or other external systems. Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms. RedLineCAD is not responsible for outages, data loss, policy changes, or actions caused by third-party providers.
We may suspend or terminate access to RedLineCAD if we believe a user or community has violated these terms, abused the platform, created security risks, or acted in a way that harms RedLineCAD, Nexus Emergency Systems, other users, or the public. Community owners may also remove users from their own RedLineCAD environment according to their internal community policies.
RedLineCAD is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. RedLineCAD is not certified or intended for real-world emergency dispatch, law enforcement, public safety, medical response, or government operations.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDLINECAD AND NEXUS EMERGENCY SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF COMMUNITY ACCESS, DOWNTIME, REPUTATIONAL HARM, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RedLineCAD, Nexus Emergency Systems, its owners, staff, developers, partners, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, your community activity, or your violation of these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continued use of RedLineCAD after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
