This Privacy Policy explains what data the RedLineCAD Discord Bot collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. We are committed to minimal data collection and full transparency about our bot's data practices.
The RedLineCAD Bot operates on a minimal data collection principle. When you use a slash command, the Bot collects only what is strictly necessary to execute that command:

The minimal data collected by the Bot (Discord User ID and Guild ID) is stored in Google Firebase Realtime Database, which provides encryption at rest and in transit. Firebase security rules ensure data is only accessible to authorized services.
Command inputs are processed in memory and are not written to any persistent storage. They are discarded immediately after the command response is sent.
We do not sell your data. The only circumstances under which Bot-collected data may be shared are:
Discord User ID and Guild ID associations are retained as long as your account is active and the Bot remains in your server. When the Bot is removed from a server, the Guild ID association is removed within 30 days. You may request deletion of your User ID association at any time by contacting us through our support server.

The Bot is not directed at children under 13 years of age, consistent with Discord's minimum age requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13. If we become aware that a user under 13 has used the Bot, we will remove their data promptly.
The RedLineCAD Bot operates within Discord's platform and is subject to Discord's Privacy Policy. Discord independently collects and processes data about your account and activity on their platform. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date. We will announce significant changes in the RedLineCAD support server. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
