These Terms of Service govern your use of the RedLineCAD Discord Bot ("the Bot"), operated by Nexus Emergency Systems. By adding the Bot to your Discord server or using its commands, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By adding the RedLineCAD Discord Bot to your server, using its slash commands, or authorizing it through Discord's OAuth2 flow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove the Bot from your server and cease use immediately.
The RedLineCAD Discord Bot is a companion application to the RedLineCAD web platform. It provides 76+ slash commands enabling Discord-based access to CAD functions including civilian lookups, vehicle management, dispatch operations, unit tracking, LEO/EMS/Fire workflows, economy commands, BOLO management, and server administration.
The Bot is a Discord-based interface for the RedLineCAD platform. All data it reads or writes is stored in your community's RedLineCAD database, not inside Discord.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Bot, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service. Server owners who add the Bot are responsible for ensuring their server members comply with these terms and with Discord's Community Guidelines.

The RedLineCAD Bot is designed exclusively for fictional emergency services roleplay communities, primarily those based on GTA V and GTA VI. All commands, data, records, and outputs are for roleplay simulation purposes only.
The Bot is not affiliated with any real-world law enforcement agency, fire department, EMS service, dispatch center, or government authority. It must not be used for real-world emergency response or public safety operations.

The Bot does not read general Discord messages, monitor channels, or collect any data beyond what is explicitly submitted via slash commands. For full details, see the Bot Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep the Bot online and functional at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Bot may be temporarily offline for maintenance, updates, or due to issues outside our control including Discord API outages, hosting interruptions, or infrastructure changes. We are not liable for any disruption to your community's operations caused by Bot downtime.
The RedLineCAD Discord Bot is provided completely free of charge. All 76+ commands across all departments are available at no cost. There are no premium tiers, locked commands, subscription fees, or paywalls of any kind. This may be subject to change with advance notice.
The RedLineCAD Bot, its commands, responses, branding, and underlying code are owned by Nexus Emergency Systems. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative bots based on RedLineCAD without written permission from Nexus Emergency Systems.
The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties that the Bot will be error-free, uninterrupted, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. Command outputs are based on data entered by your community and are not verified or guaranteed to be accurate.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXUS EMERGENCY SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE BOT, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF SERVER ACCESS, OR DISRUPTION TO COMMUNITY OPERATIONS.
We reserve the right to block, restrict, or disable the Bot's access to specific Discord servers or users if we determine that these Terms of Service have been violated. Server owners may remove the Bot at any time through Discord's server settings.
Your use of the Bot is also subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. In the event of a conflict between these terms and Discord's terms, Discord's terms take precedence with respect to your use of the Discord platform.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
